ANTI-THEFT (STARTER DISABLE) DEVICE WITH HORN OR ALARM

This one works almost identically to the last set up we discussed and adds one more zing (or should we say "honk"?). By using a "1 FORM C" relay, there is another output from the relay. This new output will work when the secret switch is not activated. Here's the scenario: you get in, you know the secret and turn on the heater switch (which enables the starter to work), start the car and drive off - great. Bad guy gets in, doesn't know the secret and hot wires across the ignition switch to power the starter, relay isn't activated so it diverts the "start" power to a horn, horn blows, bad guy runs but gets caught and goes to jail. (We always wanted to be a novelist!)

Like before, 85/86 are the relay control terminals and have to be energized to allow the car to start and that will only happen if the heater switch is "on", Unlike the other circuit, we have added the horn attached to 87a. If the heater switch isn't turned on but the starter wire off the ignition is energized (by key or by jumper), the horn blows. Neat! We just love it when the bad guy gets caught, Of course, StreetWorks can set you up with this, too. Operators are standing by!
