Another "you-ask-for-it-we've-done-it" kit from Watson's StreetWorks. Power release latches for your pickup's tailgate or hard tonneau cover mounted on an easy-to-install bracket. Right and left pairs have the latch and actuator preinstalled. The main brackets measure 9-3/8" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". Complete with waterproof button for inside or outside use. Compatible with remote controls. Strikers, brackets, mounting hardware, lots of wire and instructions. |

Cable Tailgate Latch Kit
for Pickups
Dual tailgate latches mount inside boxed enclosures to give a
finished, factory look. Steel brake line (NOT included in kit)
becomes the cable run and attaches to the bottom of the latch
boxes, then runs below the bed where a single pull by hand
releases both latches. Can also be electrified. Kit includes
latches, latch boxes, brackets, striker bolts and brackets, cable
and connectors, hardware and instructions. All brackets are
intended to be welded-in for a smooth look but can be bolted if
desired. You will provide brake line(s) for cable run and a
10-32 thread die.
