Limited Warranty
What is covered by our Warranty - StreetWorks LLC products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship to you (the original purchaser) for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase is required - retain your original Order Form or show receipt. No product will be considered for return for any reason, 1) beyond the one year period, or, 2) if proof of purchase is not provided. There may be specific exceptions to this warranty listed in the instruction for those products. Also, products manufactured by other companies are warranted by the manufacturer, not by StreetWorks LLC. Any consequential and/or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. These exclusions may not apply in some states.
Please call for approval before returning any merchandise. We will reimburse your shipping costs for the return of defective product as defined in this warranty, returned per our instructions, at the standard UPS ground rate or actual cost whichever is less. We will not reimburse for any special shipping or added/optional shipping charges. Any refund that may apply will be made in the same fashion that your original payment was made. We will not accept returns at shows. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or Order Form.
What is NOT covered by our Warranty - StreetWorks LLC products that fail due to: wear-and-tear, water damage, misuse or use beyond the intended purpose, alteration, neglect, lack of proper care or installation, damage by you or anyone else, or the failure of another companies products, or any other reason(s) not directly related to a defect in our product are not covered by this warranty. Please do not assume that we will fix something that you have broken.
Returns that are not due to defects in material or workmanship must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase is required. Retain your original Order Form or show receipt. Please call for approval before returning any merchandise. Non-defective returns will be charged a minimum restocking/repackaging fee of $10.00 or 10% of the product retail price, whichever is greater. Any rework, repair, replacement, etc. that is needed to put the product back into saleable condition will be charged at our discretion in addition to the restocking/repackaging fee. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or Order Form.
